Refund Policy

Life happens.

If something comes up and you find yourself in a jam and are unable to attend, we want to make this as simple and fair as possible for both sides. Pick up the phone and call our Enrollment Manager Denis Aberg at (702) 449-8680 and explain your situation.

Generally speaking, Refunds and Cancellations are governed by the timelines on this page along with our Terms and Conditions of Participation. We will do everything in our power to take care of you so please reach out to us.

First, consider donating your tickets Whenever possible, we encourage you to donate your tickets to our Scholarship Fund. Your generosity could give a father and son the chance to experience Male Legacy Weekend who otherwise couldn't afford to attend. It's a meaningful way to turn your situation into someone else's special memory. Or, if you know a family that you wish to give these tickets to, you may do that by contacting us directly so that we can facilitate the transfer. Depending on the date you make this request, we may not be able to provide the shirt sizes requested as our supplies may have already been purchased.

If you do not wish to donate your tickets to a family in need, the following refund options and schedule applies:

From Now until September 15th, 2026 at 11:59:59PM > 100% Refund A full refund will be issued in the same form as your original payment. If you paid by cash, you'll receive cash. If you paid by credit card, your card will be refunded less any credit card transaction fees that may have been incurred.

September 16th, 2026 until September 31st, 2026 at 11:59:59PM > 50% Refund A partial refund of 50% of your ticket price will be issued in the same form as your original payment.

October 1st, 2026 until Event Day; No Refunds By this point, we have made firm financial commitments on behalf of all registered attendees — venue, vendors, programming, and more — that cannot be unwound based on attendance. We appreciate your understanding, and we hope that if you find yourself in this situation, you'll consider donating your tickets so another family can attend in your place.
