BSMDI is a volunteer-operated nonprofit organization. Testimonials, participant stories, and program descriptions on this Site reflect individual experiences and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual results from participation in The Male Legacy Weekend will vary based on a participant’s background, effort, health, circumstances, and many other factors outside BSMDI’s control.
BSMDI does not guarantee, warrant, or promise any specific outcome, transformation, improvement, or result from attendance at or participation in the Event. Any forward-looking statements about the Event’s potential impact represent aspirational goals, not guarantees.

Campground rules, facilities, and conditions are subject to change and are outside BSMDI’s control.
Event programming, schedules, facilitators, activities, and venues are subject to change at any time without prior notice. BSMDI reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel any activity, session, or program element at its sole discretion. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund except as provided in the Terms & Conditions.
7. Volunteer-Operated Organization
BSMDI is operated entirely by volunteers. As a result, response times for communications, the availability of support, and the delivery of certain services may be affected by volunteer availability. BSMDI will make reasonable efforts to communicate in a timely manner but cannot guarantee specific response times outside of those stated in the Privacy Policy.
Nothing in any communication from a BSMDI volunteer constitutes a binding legal commitment, warranty, or representation on behalf of the organization unless confirmed in writing by an authorized BSMDI officer.
